Empire flippers is selling a 2 million dollar website! Who buys those websites? People just have 2 million hanging around lol. I probably wouldn't sell a website making me 60K net a month. I notice all these websites that sell for a lot they put in over 100K a month in expenses! I always wonder why these websites can't get their expenses down.
Hey guys, I have 5 easy keywords I want ranked. My competitor is dominating the first page with crappy backlinks. They have their FB page, main page, and inner pages on the 1st page. I was going to buy relevant guest post with DA 20+
Should I use my main URL and 1 keyword for all 5 guest post (post are on all different websites). or should I use my main URL and 5 different keywords for the guest post?
most of my profits are going to my debt every month. I have a business making great weekly profits but I'm paying off mostly credit cards. Then when I factor in rent, utility bills, my child school, food, etc. I can't save much. I don't want to pay off all my credit cards because I need cash flow for my business to operate.
Anybody have experience with what is the best solution to pay down my debt besides paying it all off at once?
If I have a credit card that I pay $200 a month minimum…
Hey guys, I'm looking to move before my daughter goes to kindergarten. Right now I'm paying $1650 a month for a 2 Br town home. I live in New England and would like to get out. What states would be good for me being self-employed (taxes) and any states or towns you recommend. I'm looking for a good school system and that is why I want to get out.
Why does every well known marketer always say how easy it is to make 100K a year! They always break it down and say it's only $278 a day or $8333 a month. That is gross! Start talking about making 100K NET a year.
Am I missing something special about making 100K gross a year in the business world?
I don't want to give advice to a eCommerce client regarding setting up a business, taxes etc. One of my clients built a brand in 2016 and is doing well this year. He did his own taxes for 2016 because he was a sole proprietor and he told me he broke even. Last year he quit his job and will be owing a lot of taxes because he made huge profits with his eCommerce brand this year.
When he sets up his LLC could the accountant register his business he created for March of 2016?
